Adele Parker

Adele is 20 years of age and sees herself as damaged suffering at the hands of a sexually abusive father for years starting at the age of six. Her father and mother were both heroine addicts and by the time she was twelve years of age her father was in prison and her mother dead of an overdose. As a heroine baby Adele suffers from Dilated Cardiomyopathy a serious condition that weakens the heart muscle causing it to stretch or dilate. Because of her condition Adele is often weak and short of breath but is also on a transplant list waiting for a new heart. Suffering a broken heart both physically and emotionally her soul longs for the love that was stolen from her as a child as she gives herself again and again to the men in her life only to find that they are not so different from her father. Her life is a constant battle against her emotions, as she feels alone, afraid and ashamed. In her mind she is convinced that true love is just a fairytale and yet deep within her broken and empty heart is the smallest ember of hope that she believes one day will be fanned into a flame.

Anna Marie Dobbins

Anna Marie started her career as a dancer at the young age of 3. Her mother, Linda, opened the Linda Dobbins Dance studio when Anna Marie was 4 years old and initiated her training in all genres of dance. When Anna Marie turned 13 she developed an interest in acting and print modeling. She was represented locally by Real People Birmingham Talent Agency. Soon Anna Marie had the opportunity to expand her career by signing with Jpervis Talent Agency, an agency representing talent across the Southeastern U.S. She worked in this market for multiple years and received movie roles in films such as Footloose and Lifted, as well as roles on television shows such as Being Mary Jane and the Vampire Diaries.

Josh Harris

Josh is 21 years of age and is the new kid in town and has grown up in the lower class of society living with his mother in a small apartment. Josh is a young man of few words giving him the ability to always be available to listen. Josh is patient and kind with a heart that thinks of others before himself and he reflects a strange inner peace that those that are close to him can sense. However, Josh is socially challenged leaving him to be somewhat of a loner. As his relationship with Adele grows unexplained events in his life suggest that there is more to Josh than meets the eye.

Nick Tagliarini is an American actor born in the San Francisco Bay Area. He was raised by his two parents and his older sister in a small town outside of Oakland, CA. He started acting doing plays in high school and soon began studying with the American Conservatory Theatre (A.C.T.). There he performed in a number of productions with the Young Conservatory and began working professionally in commercials and print.

He left for Los Angeles to study acting at the University of Southern California (USC) where he earned his BFA in Acting. Nick still lives in Los Angeles where he pursues acting, writing and frequently tells people that he actually is Harry Potter.

Peter Wells

Peter is 20 years of age and is a close friend to Adele. He is a free spirit that often jumps and speaks before thinking. His parents divorced at an early age he was raised by his mother. Somewhat of a mama’s boy Peter and his mother have endured many hardships together as a broken family but have manage to always find the humor in whatever it was they were going through. As a result Peter uses humor as a defense mechanism against anything difficult he faces in life. As well Peter often makes light of what others are going through hoping that humor would bring as much relief to them as it has in his own life. Peter is loud and at times obnoxious but always the life of the party.

Reid Honeywell

The role of Peter is being played by Reid Honeywell. Reid is experienced in theater, television and film and has his BFA in acting. He has played the lead roles in feature shorts like “Dream”, “Gravity”, “Goodbye Hello” and “The Promise”. Reid is an actor of diverse abilities bringing his own sense of humor to the roles he plays giving him a unique way of interpreting the character of Peter.

Adam Antos

Adam is 24 year s of age and is obsessed with Adele. His obsession stems from Adele representing something pure and innocent in his life. Adam grew up in a home where his father physically abused his mother on a regular basis. He would hide in his closet whenever violence ensued, as he would often be on the receiving end of his father’s wrath as well. Adam hated his father and yet as the years passed he found himself becoming like him. As a result Adam grew to be a very manipulative person using fear to get his way. Adam loses touch with reality and tragic events unfold as Adam realizes that Adele is beyond his control.

The role of Adam is being played by Elli Rahn. Elli is a writer, musician and actor with extensive experience in theater, television and film. His latest work includes two feature films, which are currently screening in festivals worldwide – “Parasites” and “Don’t Kill It”. He is also performing in “Delusion”, a sold-out interactive theater show in Los Angeles. Elli’s ability to convey deep seated issues in the roles that he plays adds a dimension to the character of Adam that only he can bring.
