Lead actress for Sojourner Anna Marie Dobbins on Lifetime television show My Crazy Ex that aired February 8th.

A second day of shooting on a lake, on a beach and within a car. We are currently in production of a proof of concept reel using the scenes from two days of filming.

With an aggressive schedule four different scenes were shot on the first day of shooting. A scene at a yogurt shop, a shrine in a bedroom, a stalker in a van, and a parking lot scene.

We got the cast and crew together for dinner as a meet and greet and to build team unity.  Tom Quirk, director of photography, also covered the shot schedule and scene blocking with the crew.

The principal roles of Sojourner the movie have been cast! Adele played by Anna Marie Dobbins, Josh played by Nick Tag, Peter played by Reid Honeywell and Adam played by Elli Rahn.

Casting for Sojourner started today at Hollywood Casting and Film in Los Angeles. The roles that needed to be cast were for the main characters of Sojourner which are Adele, Josh, Peter and Adam.  After posting the casting call we were flooded by nearly 200 actors reading for the four roles. We want to apologize for long wait times at the auditions as we had no idea the response to this movie would be so great.  Thank you to all that came in today to read for these roles!

In the infant stages of authoring the script we were privileged to have collaborated with Michael Murray, former digital director for Ryan Seacrest.  Michael has played an instrumental role in the careers of Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Macklemore and Megan Trainer just to name a few.  Michael contributed in shaping the story and script of Sojourner from its inception and is continuing to contribute and support the project that is Sojourner with his years of experience under Ryan Seacrest.
